1. Information we collect

• Business records: proposals, contracts, billing and payment records, project correspondence, meeting notes, and contact details for people involved in an engagement.
• Technical records: our hosting and security providers may generate basic logs such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events.

Please do not send passwords, production credentials, government identifiers, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and decide whether we are a good fit for a project;
• Prepare proposals and deliver design, development, AI, automation, and DevOps services;
• Manage projects, suppliers, invoices, payments, support, and business administration;
• Secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our website and systems;
• Protect our rights, prevent misuse, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations; and
• Send relevant business communications where you asked for them or where permitted by law.

We process personal information only for lawful purposes, with your consent or on another ground permitted by applicable law. This may include taking steps you request before an agreement, performing an agreement, protecting our systems, and meeting legal obligations. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. This does not affect processing already carried out or processing permitted on another ground.

3. Client project data

A client may give us access to personal information inside its product, systems, or datasets. Where we process that information only on the client’s instructions, the client remains responsible for its collection and use, and our project agreement governs our processing, confidentiality, security, and deletion obligations. Requests about that data should normally be directed to the client that controls it.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or preference cookies on this website. Ordinary hosting, security, or content-delivery infrastructure may still process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. If we introduce non-essential cookies or analytics, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

5. When we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Hosting, email, cloud, collaboration, accounting, and security providers;
• Employees, contractors, and specialist partners working under confidentiality obligations;
• Lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers;
• Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights and safety; and
• A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a genuine business reorganisation or transaction.

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party behavioural advertising.

6. International processing

Some service providers or project collaborators may process information outside India. Where this happens, we use reasonable contractual, access-control, and security measures and follow any transfer restrictions that apply to the information.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it serves the purpose described above. Unsuccessful project enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised when they are no longer useful for follow-up. Client and supplier records are retained for the engagement, any agreed support period, and the additional period required for tax, accounting, dispute, security, and legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained for shorter operational periods set by us or our providers. We may keep limited records where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, secure service providers, confidentiality commitments, software updates, backups where appropriate, and incident response practices. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, provide access to it, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, delete information that is no longer required, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time. We may need to verify your identity, and some requests may be limited where retention or processing is required by law, contract, security, or the rights of others.

10. Children

This website and our consultancy services are intended for businesses and people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. Third-party services

Our website or project communications may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical.
